About this deal

both of them struggle with acceptance, they both have trust issues. they BOTH don’t know how to communicate what they feel. they communicated through sex. She was lying. He was sure of it. Whatever had put those shadows under her eyes wasn’t guilt over a missed holiday. as much as i wanna get into explaining the plot and the characters. i dont know how to do that. it’ll just put everyone off. no words can describe how complicated yet uncomplicated this book was. DAMN...These two people are combustible, even when there isn't anything happening. All they have to do is look at one another and the heat comes off the kindle. When things finally come together for them, get ready to have a man who knows what he wants and a woman willing to give him everything. Be prepared...these two are intense and very active once the barriers down. Before I do that & say anything about this book, Forever Never, let me preface the following by saying I still view Lucy Score as a very talented writer and I still have every intention of reading more of her books. Until proven otherwise, I have a feeling there’s a good possibility Forever Never is just an anomaly. Maybe I’m wrong, but it feels like she was trying something here & it just didn’t work…at least for me. I’m most certainly not trying to dissuade anyone from the rest of her books. My previous LS reads were some of the better reads I’ve had this year.

Forever Never: an unmissable and steamy romantic comedy from

She’d found something different, something special in the yoga classes that taught her to harness her energy and her breath. To move her body in ways that felt like honor rather than torture.” The book was way too crappy for me to bother listing everything that was wrong with it, so let me just give you some precious quotes that sum it all up:All across the USA, people are showing up dead. The deaths don't appear to be connected in any way until one particular death occurs and gets the Secretary of Defense's attention. He arranges for a task force to investigate. he always knew she wanted to get out of the small town and wouldn’t ever settle but he didn’t want to leave All I did was over police a woman I was attracted to because I wanted to control her actions at all times. I basically fell in love with her at first sight, which is kind of sketch since I’m 24 and she’s only 16, but I never tried to act on it until everything was legal so nbd. I did promise her we would start a relationship and then fled our hometown instead of talking to her again. Even though she tried to convince me over and over again that she wanted me and wanted my love, I teased her and taunted her for years, but ultimately rejected her completely and repeatedly. I did teach her she was unloveable and really too much to handle through my repeated rejection, but then I got mad at her when she thinks she’s unlovable. Ultimately I decided to marry her best friend to “make her hurt the way I did” and “ruin any chance I had with her” but also now I’m punishing her for not trusting me.

You don’t fall for your brother’s high school sweetheart, your boss’s daughter, or your ex-wife’s best friend. Especially when they’re all the same woman." Well I never thought I would ever give a Lucy Score book less then 4 stars but here we are, I really didn’t enjoy this book. In fact, I kind of hated it and I feel AWFUL about it bc I love her books. Her response? Not to call him on his bullshit, that's for sure. She decides that it is her fault that he feels like she is using him for sex, and would never actually commit to a relationship with him (a relationship he has NEVER once asked her to be in, by the way). So after he screws her into the ground, and walks out of her house telling her that they are over, leaving her naked and on the floor.... she decides the best course of action is to get dressed, go to his house, cook him dinner, and tell him she's going to date him and convince him that he's worthy of her. CHILDREN, like 8 and 10, are discussing their GENDER identity, naming numerous gender terms that are in mainstream media right now and discussing their own while asking Remi what hers is. It felt very much like the A was forcing their opinion on the reader.Kid scared the hell out of the horses on delivery yesterday,” Bill continued. “ And he came this close to side-swiping Mulvaney’s new Arctic Cat last week. You know we’d never hear the end of that.” I LOVE Blue Moon, every character and book has had my heart! Niko's adoration for Emma from the beginning was awesome! I love this book as much as I have loved the other three. The quirky town with the quirky characters is all so vivid in my mind I want to find it and move there! Cannot wait for the next book! I recommend all of Lucy Score's books, they are perfectly vivid, sweet, and fun! - Leigha Around 46% the will-they-won’t-they had gone from fun suspense to “oh dear god who cares?” It’s interesting how something can be pushed just a touch too far and suddenly seem annoying and ridiculous. the sexual tension was to die for. one of the BEST sexual tension books for me. i know many people didn’t like this book bc of all the red flags they heard or read or bla bla. anything said is so out of context bc me just repeating what this book is about would put a normal person off. but goddamn it. i went blind and i FELT. nothing says "I love you" like him rejecting you MULTIPLE TIMES and marrying your “best friend” instead for absolutely no good reason 😩😩😍😍😍😍😍

I tried to think of something—anything—to calm my raging hard-on. One wrong move and Leah Mae would rub up against it and that was liable to kill me dead on the spot.” — Jameson Bodine I had to edit my original thoughts, I didn't even read the blurb before getting this because this is an author I sorta trusted.....but the h having once been with his brother and him having married her best friend is a little too much keeping it in the family for me. The world's a big place there must have been other options man this book is centered on miscommunication. but they communicated everything yet still didn’t trust each other’s words. so basically they communicated but didn’t know what was real what was not. Anyway, what do you think? Am I the asshole or is she? Because I think she’s just using me for sex and maybe, possibly, she might not want to settle down with me but also I’ve never asked her if she would. But she’s just so flighty! You know!?” hero was married to heroine’s bff years after the bff and heroine stop talking. hero then divorces the bff. YEARS later heroine and hero reunite. He’s the kind of man who would talk you into dropping your panties in a coat closet at a party, dole out orgasms like after dinner mints, and then never call you again.” Davis spends his days gently wrestling control of the family winery from his father’s semi-retired hands. He doesn’t have time for things like dating and love. Especially since he never got over hurting his dream girl in a fog of teenage stupidity. Now, they’re neighbors… and the latest generation to carry on their families’ ridiculous, fifty-year feud. It took him weeks to prepare mentally, to gird himself before being forced to exchange casual greetings across the dinner table. So if you’re into friends/enemies to lovers with some suspense and humor then Forever Never is the book for you.
