LZ2000: The LZ2000 is Panasonic’s all-singing, all-dancing flagship OLED. It’s powered by the company’s most advanced chip – the HCX Pro AI Processor – runs the latest version of its smart OS, My Home Screen 7.0, and supports a wide range of HDR formats, including HDR10+ Adaptive and Dolby Vision IQ. So is this the new box office champion of the mainstream TV market? The UK gets fewer sizes for the MZ1500 compared to the 2022 JZ1500, with the 55-inch model the entry point. The OLED panel is not the same as the MZ2000 (designed as the Master OLED Pro), and it doesn’t make use of an advanced sound system either.
As far as we can tell, the MZ700 looks virtually identical to the MZ800, serving as the entry-level base for Panasonic’s OLED screens. Apparently this model doesn’t have HDR10+ and the sound system is different (the MZ800 is a subwoofer).
