About this deal

Our books regularly hit the bestseller lists, and we have powered countless authors to household-name status. She never allowed herself to know the real Eason, until tragedy forces her to know who he really is.

It just had a feel to it that I will never forget, a story that is still with me, and characters that I will love for the rest of time. No es insta-Love sino algo que construyen y me gusta que ellos son esta linda versión gracias al otro.Maybe some anonymous threats, mysterious letters, a knock on the door with no one there, she could have worked this in better, she just didn’t. Our bond might have been forged through tragedy, but our love flourished through patience, genuine respect, and understanding. Friends are encouraging her to date again, while her in-laws want to keep her in the past, trapping Emery in the middle. I loved that that spark and connection between them grew and intensified through every moment of this book in a way that felt beyond right and meant to be.

I loved all the side characters ( especially Asher and Jillian) and the way the story seemed to flow. BTW - The way I was forcing myself to continue to this book, while seeing everyone loving their books and raving about Fourth Wing was so painful 😫😫 I WAS SO JEALOUS. But now he’s grown, and the Carolina Reapers show up with my greatest weakness: Langley Pierce, their new head of PR. Winslow does her best to avoid Griffin, but when a woman is found dead on Eden property, the two of them have no choice but to cross paths. I have been trying to figure out how this author manages to drain the emotions out of her readers sometimes and I still don't know how she does it!It’s a gut punch to your emotions in the best of ways, taking the reader on a slow-burning journey that tugs on your every heartstring. Aly Martinez is my dealer of choice when it comes to romance novels that make you feel everything, and From the Embers was no different. But carved into my soul for the rest of my days would be the earth-shattering realization that the woman in my arms wasn’t my wife. First and foremost, it’s about finding love after loss, sparking a fire from the embers and building the life you truly want.

I’m at that stage in life where I try to avoid heartbreaking tragedy when selecting fiction for enjoyment, so I was a little apprehensive to start this book, but the sample was engaging in a way that’s rare. A house fire kills their spouses, and in the moment when Eason thought he was saving his own wife, he realized he was saving Bree.An emotional volcano explodes in the lives of two couples and the physical debris left behind is the crux of the fabulous story. I loved that this book and its events forced them to not only look at their own lives, but to look at what they were sharing together.
