It's reminds me a 70 - 80% of Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male sweet synthetic oriental with little bit citrusy may be because of bergamot and patchouli on this notes. And pow it’s the same fragrance the opening is a little different, must be the pear in Ultramale and Apple in 9pm.

It smells like like a fruity, vanilla and bubblegum mixture, with the amber shining bright among everything. And the only negative from Afnan 9pm is the versatility, it's a very night/winter/spring fragrance, i think it gets cloying if you used it under the heat. A bold and strong woody scent layered with indulgent floral notes – 9pm Pour Femme Eau De Parfum by Afnan is the perfect alluring evening scent. It's a nuclear performance, very close to JPG ultra male, I couldn't wear just like the original ultra male (too sweet and cloying), i also think it was too sweet for most people around me but if it's your vibe you may like it.
I love vanilla fragrances but this one (And Ultra Male), are just a different kind of sweet to the point its headache inducing. It’s brand new and I blind bought it but it’s personally too sweet for me after a few sprays trying it. Edit: wore it to bed, woke up and took a sniff of it, and in all honesty I did not like what I smelled.
I'm not into that type of scent, so Im not knocking the quality and blend of the fragrance, Lattafa did good with this one. Wore it to a night out of the first really cold day this winter, had people from 5 feet away saying “oh my gosh what is that great smell?You'll receive what you've paid for, but please note that delays during transit are beyond our control.
At the end I decided to test both by letting my dad’s girlfriend smell the fragrances and 9PM came out on top. I need more classy, mature, masculine, fragrances and if you want that then you definitely can’t be wearing this.I think it is safer to say that this is an Fruity Aromatic scent rather than a Amber Gourmand/Amber Vanille - at least that is what I get out of it. Smells very good, not overly sweet in my opinion although one of my friends thinks it is amazing with 3 or 4 sprays anything more will become overly sweet and annoying. I’m not a huge fan of Ultra male in the first place so i do have a little disgust in the first place. So i'm changing my review from when i reviewed a 9/22 batch because i traded it and now i have my hands on a 4/23 and this stuff is incredible. Having seen the comparison between 9PM and Ultra Male when recently reviewing Ultra Male, I decided to pull this one out of the box and do a side-by-side comparison. Opening smells a bit too sweet, cloying, and a bit alcoholic at times, but dry down is beautiful, great performance. And talk about the performance, it's a beast, the projection is loud, the longevity is long lasting, on my clothes i get 12+ hours longevity, on my skin i get about 6-7 hours and 2-3 hours of strong projection.
It smells pretty much identical in the air if you aren't comparing them like side to side at the same time. Really good fragrance, i have the 23/09 batch, the opening is very strong it was pretty harsh on my nose for a few second ,and then it became amazing.
