About this deal

So, here’s the question for you. How do you make your perception your reality? How do you go from broke, destitute or desperate to completely winning in business, life, relationships, health and happiness? Well, the answer is not as complicated as we make it out to seem. As you saw in that video of Napoleon Hill speaking about his interaction with Andrew Carnegie, he stated that if you want to unseal that envelopedentitled, ‘riches’, you have to do the following. One good way of practicing self-love is by working out. There might be times when you feel lazy and think that you’ll better enjoy spending your extra time lying in bed.

I didn’t have the same fitness or ability as other girls, so I had to beat them with my mind. – Martina Hingis Think of your workouts as important meetings you schedule with yourself. Bosses don’t cancel” – Unknown One prime example of the mind-body connection is Roger Bannister, a renowned middle-distance runner. Bannister aimed to break the four-minute mile barrier, a feat that many considered impossible. However, armed with an unwavering belief in his abilities, he relentlessly trained both his body and mind. However, we all know that it’s easy to get caught up. It’s easy to allow things to get the best of you and chalk it up to circumstance. But that’s only one perception of your reality. Instead, take those circumstances as stepping stones. If you fail, get up and start anew. In fact, it was Henry Ford who once said that “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligibly.” So if you failed, it’s okay. Learn lessons from those failures and don’t repeat them. Instead, harness them to fuel you forward.

When it comes to competing, I believe that our mental attitude plays a huge role in our performance. This is both from personal experience and through my own reading and research on this topic. As a junior, on too many occasions, I would let my mind get the better of me. Telling myself that I didn’t have enough talent, or enough training, that all the other girls were far better and by the time I got to that start line, my race was a ready run. I was so mentaly fatigued that my performance suffered. I finally decided to change my mental attitude after one race where I completely underperformed. I had put so much pressure and expectation on myself that I could hardly get around the course. I realised that it was all down to me. The only reason I was underperforming was because of …well me. So I began to read and research and began practicing a few key components including positive self-talk, affirmations and meditation. These helped me to both relax and over time I began to notice big improvements in my self-confidence as a person and athlete. I am still working on this aspect of my running and find it is a key factor in my performance outcomes in life, not just in running.

Mental Resilience and Performance: Strengthening the mind-body connection enhances mental resilience, enabling individuals to overcome challenges and excel in various domains. Positive self-talk, visualization techniques, and goal-setting contribute to improved focus, confidence, and motivation. If you’ve ever wondered how to motivate yourself and achieve whatever goals you set for yourself, motivational gym quotes are the way to go. They will work wonders to keep you pushing. I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.”– Muhammad Ali

To keep the body in good health is a duty……..otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.’- BuddhaAs we part ways, let’s take a moment to recap the key lessons learned. Our beliefs are the foundation of our reality, and the mind-body connection is a potent force in manifesting our desires. It’s not enough to simply think positive thoughts; we must complement them with positive action. After all, the body achieves what the mind believes, but only when we put in the work! Then!!! As I was drafting ideas, I was thinking I need to make a shirt that shows you how to love yourself and your own individual beauty inside and out. So that’s the inspiration behind this next tank!
