One minor issue I encountered was that sometimes when applying the paint, lots of tiny bubbles would come to the surface and pop, so I'd have to smooth or roll the paint over a few times until they stopped otherwise it might have dried with lots of tiny holes. Also wood, concrete and most laminate floors with correct application – please note maintenance may be required in these situations.
