Created in small batches of 300 bottles per distillation in a 200 litre traditional copper still the Gin Bothy hand-turns and hand-batches as part of its production process. They worked with Gin Bothy Founder, Kim Cameron applying their traditional smoking techniques to juniper, orange peel, coriander and lemon which were then distilled, creating the Gin Bothy’s first smoked gin.
