This is a great cookbook for ketoers, I have made the mixed seed loaf and it’s really easy to follow and the result was perfect for me. There are lots of cookery books around at the moment which give recipes for the keto diet and to be honest you can find most of what you need on the internet, but this is a beautiful book.Looking forward to trying some of the chicken thigh recipes – the problem is deciding which one to try first. I’ve had loads I flick through uninspired and then this-one, which I’ve enjoyed reading like a book and am working my way though every recipe.
